Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 Business days to process your order after submitted. It does not include weekends/holidays. 

All orders may be delayed due to COVID-19 & it is out of our control. 

Ritza's Boutique is not responsible for any packages that are sent to incorrect shipping address that has been provided by customer at checkout. This may cause a delay on receiving your package, make sure to enter information correctly before completing your transaction.

Once your package has been shipped out and tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it you must contact UPS (888)742-5877

We do not Replace or Refund orders that have been marked  "DELIVERED"

If your package can't be delivered, unclaimed or refused you are responsible for the following:

This includes  all Original & Return Shipping cost

Duties and Taxes as well as for other custom charges that are incurred on packages for original and return shipments.

Charges will be deducted from your merchandise credit.
